Hurricane season has begun

Image
It's July and we have officially begun hurricane season in Florida. This year even though weddings are more plentiful I have been forced to take fewer weddings due to illness, the death of my mother, and the declining health of my mother-in-law for whom I provide constant care. What does this mean for all those couples planning July weddings in Florida? I will give you a few tips to consider. Check the weather updates constantly.  Book a vendor with indoor and outdoor options. No one likes to get rained on. This includes your vendors and their very expensive equipment, your guests with their brand new or possibly uncomfortable outfits, and getting a change of date or refunds may be harder than you think. Hurricane season is officially from June 1st through November 30th. There will be daily rains and Florida's flowers and fauna will be green and healthy from the daily rains.  Flooding and loss of electricity will be common. Dates not predicted to rain will fill up very fast.  O
